BOAT SHIPPING:
Priority Boat Shipping and Delivery Rates are based boxing the purchased boat, and utilizing a 3rd Party Commercial Transportation provider to deliver it to your location. Boats are typically shipped within one week of your order, with the transportation provider delivering to your location within 2-4 days. Please contact us at info@epickayaks.com to coordinate special delivery arrangements for these large items.
Economy Boat Shipping provides additional time for Epic to seek lower cost transportation alternatives including trailer delivery by an Epic Employee or partner.
Warehouse Pickup - This option is available to customers who prefer to pick up their new boat at one of our Warehouse or Epic Center locations. Please contact us at info@epickayaks.com to coordinate pickup.

GENERAL SHIPPING:
Most paddles and accessories will ship within one week of your order. Please allow 5-10 days after your order ships for delivery.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as any applicable sales tax, are calculated when you order your items, based upon your delivery address.
You might be charged an extra shipping charge if your items selected do not match the shipping option you selected.
Most of our products ship via USPS Priority service which offers 2-3 business day delivery with automated tracking.
For expedited shipping requests please contact: info@epickayaks.com. We typically use FedEx/UPS Express service for an additional charge.
NOTE: Please select $49.95 shipping rate for 1 set of KAYAK STANDS. If more are needed please contact us.

RETURNS:
No refunds will be given for clothing items returned.
Unused Non clothing items returned will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Amount refunded will not include shipping cost and will not include credit card fees paid by Epic Kayaks Inc.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected and verified to be unused and un-damaged.
